If you've already placed an order, read below for more details of your order’s delivery:
All items purchased will be shipped via Pos Laju or any equivalent courier service within 3-5 business days. (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays) upon order payment and confirmation.
Orders will be couriered between 9am - 6pm from Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Orders will only be delivered to street addresses in Malaysia.
Your orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. Once we’ve sent you a tracking number, your orders will likely reach the following day - please arrange for someone to be present at your delivery address! If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please call the assigned courier company and provide your tracking number to arrange for a redelivery. Dirty Benefits will not be responsible for orders signed for by someone other than the designated recipient.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Cut off time for orders are 12 pm. Orders made on Friday after 12 pm and on weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
For manual Bank Wire payment, orders are subjected to payment authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
Once your orders have been picked up, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your orders via this link http://www.poslaju.com.my/track.aspx.
Items marked out of stock are currently not available for online order. However, if for any reason you purchased a product that is no longer available on our end, we will proceed with a refund.
